UNHCR and Better Shelter
Almost 700,000 Rohingya refugees fled to Bangladesh in 2017, which now hosts over 900,000 Rohingya refugees, and the settlements in the Cox’s Bazar area are among the largest in the world.
Our partner UNHCR helps to provide adequate shelter, clean water, sanitation, alternative sustainable fuel, protection for vulnerable people and survivors of sexual and gender-based violence.
