IKEA Sweden donated three Better Shelter Relief Housing Units (RHUs) to the Swedish Red Cross in order to build treatment capacity for people affected with COVID-19.

The RHUs were installed outside hospitals across Sweden, in Helsingborg, Göteborg and Lund, in collaboration with the Swedish Red Cross, Better Shelter and volunteers from civil society. The RHUs provide Red Cross volunteers with the space to conduct information sessions, sharing knowledge and awareness on COVID-19 prevention.
