In November 2020, UNHCR provided 10 RHUs to the Costa Rican Social Security Fund, in support of their COVID-19 relief efforts. The RHUs were delivered to the CCSS Emergency and Disaster Assistance Center (CAED), for their oversight in the deployment of the RHUs based on need.
