We work closely with our partners to continuously improve our shelters and adapt to the rapidly changing humanitarian landscape.
In collaboration with our partners, STS Global and SEEDS, our product team travelled to India for the third time to evaluate shelter performance.
We conducted different tests at the site and deployed several loggers to record performance over time. We also replaced some current shelters with new versions for further evaluation and development. We examined various aspects, including ease of assembly, performance, thermal comfort, safety and dignity, permeability, local adaptations, and local materials and techniques.
Together with our partners, we continued to discuss ways to create shelters that can accommodate complex responses, from emergency situations to recovery.
